Rich Text box not auto expanding in sharePoint 2013

I am facing this problem in a specific SharePoint 2013 / Infopath customised list form rich text field.

Before the upgrade, this same rich text field worked, i.e auto expanded on the SharePoint 2010 environment. any ideas?
