SharePoint 2013 app uninstallation - delete library on host web

is there any way to delete library on host web when user removes app for Sharepoint (online)?

I know appuninstalling event receiver triggers when user app is delete from second stage recycle bin, not when removing app. And i would like to remove library when removing app, not removing it from second stage recycle bin.
