Apply CSS to all Choice Checkboxes [on hold]

I have a choice field that allows multiple selections and users to add new values. I'm trying to put a red border around all of the checkboxes (long story why I need it). Previously I've done this easily by identifying the name and adding in CSS to put a border on the checkbox. Since users can add values in I need the javascript to put a border on all checkboxes in that field and not base it off of name as new values can be added. Should be an easy fix I'm just having an issue finding the appropriate script I need.
