can we get excel pivot chart as an image in sharepoint 2013

I have a workbook which has a pivot chart and we are showing it in excel services web part. Now my question is: Is it possible to access that chart (as an image) element? I know we can use REST api to get chart as an image. But my requirement is like this - When ever user clicks on the chart, it should popup (selected chart alone, not slicers) and should show in a full screen mode and the popup image/chart should contain the slicer selections applied.

Please let me know if there is any way to do this?
