Configure peoplepicker across domians having two way trust

Hi I have a farm of 2 app servers 2 search servers and 2 front ends. Steps taken till now 1) Installed User profiles and crawled the successfully imported user profiles. 2) Ran the STSADM.EXE -o setproperty -pn peoplepicker-searchadforests -pv "domain.com" -url http://url on one app server on one web front end

3) Also tried running the stsadm.exe -o setproperty -pn peoplepicker-searchadcustomquery command on one server.
