Get user profile for users that access a specific subsite in Sharepoint 2013

I want to keep trace of each unique user that accesses a specific subsite (just like Popularity Trends but more advanced). I want to generate a report that contains each unique user's profile: username, the department he belongs to, etc.

How can I achieve this?
