Lesson status is not updated to SLK

We have been using SLK 1.5 for the past year, recently we updated to SLK 1.7 ,

i have a new install in my development version. i took one my HTML course content from production(SLK 1.5) and uploaded to SLK 1.7 version in development.

At the end of the course after i clicked exit the course, status is still in progress in SLK DB.

The same works in SLK 1.5 which is currently in live. any info will be much appreciated.

Edit: is it possible to set course as completed from slk ? i can see that values are passed as completed from the course, and i don't know why slk does not updates to database.
