Nintex workflow delete items from list B if that item is deleted from list A?

I have 2 Lists in SharePoint 2013

List A and List B.

I run Nintex workflow if item created in List A that item should be created in B

I run Nintex workflow if items are modified in List A it will bring changes to List B

It works fine

Now I have a problem if I want to delete item from List A how can I delete that Item from List B using Nintex Workflow or SharePoint Designer workflow.
