Recurring task with periodic reminders workflow

Parameters: SP2013 and SP Designer

Relatively new to SP Designer, no coding background except for familiarity with html and generalized coding principles...but good enough grasp of logic and semantics. I've done lots of reading on this and other sites in an attempt to achieve my goal, but I've run into a number of issues. Please excuse me if this has already been answered elsewhere--trust me, I've been looking.

Need to create a workflow on a task list that enables the following:

"Quarterly Inspections"

(1) Q1 task assigned to multiple users (2) Send reminder emails at 45, 30, and 15 days out from due date if Status=Pending (3) If Status=Completed, Set Status to Archived, then create a new task with the same features except that due date is incremented for Q2, then Q3, then Q4, then repeat

I only have access to SP Designer. Can't use Powershell, timer jobs, or scheduled tasks.

If I'm asking for too much, I'm 100% open to simplified workarounds to achieve the majority of the stated needs. Also, I have a feeling I will need to make whatever solution I go with reusable.
