SharePoint 2010 : Business Data Connectivity : External Content Types are not loading in SharePoint Designer

Can any one of you came across this issue in your projects? If yes please share me your knowledge to fix this issue I am not able to view the existing content types in SharePoint Designer but able to view in Central Administration.
