_layouts/15/appinv.aspx Lookup button not working

I add new app form SharePoint App store to my site, this App has Manage permission by default.

I user these steps to change the App permission to "Full Permission", but when I click Lookup button, the page refreshed but without bring the app information.

How can I solve this?
