Sharepoint 2013 calendar start and end time date format

Is there a easy way to change the date format in sharepoint 2013 calendar?

currently the date display as MM/DD/YYYY however i want it to display DD/MM/YYYY. I have checked column conditions and regional settings however nothing seems to be able to change its format.
