Enable to start workflow manually from IE 9

I created a list worflow using SharePoint Designer that can be manually started.

The problem is when I create an item in this list and try to manually start the workflow clicking the start button :

A blank page appears and nothing happens.

I tried to launch the same workflow automatically (When a new item is created) and it works.

PS : I made these actions having a Full Control permission.

EDIT It works in Firefox but not in Internet Explorer (I am using IE 9). This is what it shows it Firefox but not in Internet Explorer :
