Export a ppt with hyperlinks to Sharepoint

I am trying add a view to my sharepoint main page with hyperlinks that can be clickable. I created the view in ppt and have hyperlinks on text boxes. I would like to export this to sharepoint and display the view on the opening page and give users access to docs with hyperlinks. How can I do this? I tried exporting as .pptm, .ppts etc. but it doesn't give me what I need. I've seen it done in my previous work place but can't remember how it was exported to popwerpoint. I tried xml but that still opens in powerpoint when you click on it in sharepoint and the picture doesn't even display on the web part. can anyone help?
