how to show Graphical of Summary survey List [out of box] to user on Button Click

I am Using Survey List [out of box] and i create Take a Poll web part in that I Have Write 1 question Que)Do you agree? radio button)Yes radio button)No btnSubmit

and collect replay from multiple User. in survey List At Right Corner of Survey List there is View:Graphical Summary Option

When i Click on Graphical Summary It Shows the Result in graphical summary .i want to retrieve that graphical summary and show it to user when User Click on Submit button.

Graphical Summary Result:

Yes (50%) ms-surveyHBarB

No (50%) ms-surveyHBarB

Is It possible to retrieve Same Graphical Representation ?
