Camel Query to Return all rows

I am having Sql Query like

 string sTitle='something';
 Select Title From EmployeeList WHERE Title like '%sTitle%' or 0=sTitle;

How do i Build it in Camel Query? ... In CamelQuery we can match with the fieldNames but i Need to compare with integer or some constant

And one more thing How do i acheieve the Descending concept in camel query
