Delete list item older than 30 days Workflow Only solution please

There is a similar question here, however the proposed resolution is not the one that fits our needs. I need to be able to create a workflow that checks the Created field and if the item is older than 30 days - permanently deletes the item. Could anyone kindly instruct me in a step-by-step manner how to create this workflow in SharePoint Designer? We have the following: SharePoint 2013 Using 2010 workflows, publishing site, regular SPlist where some items contain attachments. Thanks in advance
