Excel PowerQuery say "The User was not authorized" , when i am trying connect to a sharpoint list that I have full control permisson for it

When I am trying to connect to a sharpoint2010 list -that I have full control permisson for it-, with OData feed connection , Excel PowerQuery say "The User was not authorized" . I work in a windows Integrated invironment so I select Windows in "Access an OData feed" window and click on "save" button but it show that window again with same boaring question and error. what is the problem ?
