Links List - Show Title in Views?

I've seen this in at least one previous list I tried to edit, and now I am seeing it in a new "Links" List I created with a few custom fields.

My current fields are:

1. Title (Default field)


2. URL (System generated from setting up a basic "links" list) - includes web address and description.


3. Notes (System generated multiline text field)


4. Category (Custom Select List I added)


5. SubCategory (Custom Select List I added)

Of course there are the created/modified by/date fields as well.

For some reason, in the view editing or new view creation screens, I am unable to select "Title" as a field. Why is that, and how do I get around it? Do I just have to create a custom list and not a "links" list, or is there some other way?
