List url property missing

We have 3 environments PRD, TST and DEV. Each environment is pretty much a clone as both TST & DEV were built from PRD. The other day I was testing a Powershell script and when I moved to PRD I noted that the List url property is not available and this is the case in every list in every site. When I went back to TST and DEV the property is available. Any ideas what could cause this property to go missing. As far as I can tell it's the only one that isn't showing. At first I thought it might have something to do with permissions but I am using the farm account.
