SharePoint Data Connection in InfoPath to SharePoint Library with Folders

SharePoint Newbie here

Not entirely sure if I should be asking this question here or in an InfoPath Forum.

I am trying to create a drop down list in InfoPath, from a data connection to a SharePoint Library, however my Library has folders in it that aren't available in the drop down list.

I need users to be able to access the folders in the library. Has anyone encountered this issue before, I can of course empty the folders into the main library section. But this wouldn't be good for keeping content organized.

Any help greatly appreciated
