Team Foundation 2012\Project Server 2013 Integration errors

I've followed the steps outlined at http://goo.gl/bhZBuu to set up my accounts for TFS2012\PS2013 integration, yet I continue to receive the following errors:

There does not seem to be a lot of documentation on the web about this, other than "Go check your settings", which I've done multiple times. Any advice on forward troubleshooting would be great.
