Traffic light in webpart behind title

I want to make my traffic light visible behind the title. But i don't know how to do this. In the example you see what i mean:

If i click the title you see the traffic light. But i want the traffic behind the title. The list is grouped by.

I already tried some of javascript and now i was thinking about to make a custom xsl file.

Who can help me.
