Reusable Workflok in SP Hosted App

. Hi,

I want 1 Workflow that runs on multiple lists in my SP Hosted App. The information I find is a bit confusing. Almost all information point me to Sharepoint Designer, which I have installed but never used.

Is there a way to create a Reusable Workflow in Visual Studio? If not, how do I connect Sharepoint Designer to my project in Visual Studio? Can't even connect to my app in Sharepoint Designer.
