Reusable Workflow for in SharePoin Hosted App

I need a reusable Workflow for in my SharePoint Hosted App. However on MSDN I read that (link: enter link description here: - In Visual Studio I cannot create Reusable Workflows and - In Sharepoint Designer I cannot create workflows for Apps.

So this means I can't create reusable workflows for my app?
