I am trying to solve a problem on an old SharePoint 2007 server. When you browse to any site ( even Centeral Administration) it shows This page can't be displayed. I can ping the server and I have used RDP to log on into the server. I have checked the all app-pools and they are runing. I have checked uls logs, I can't find any strange I can see some exce services related errors which I think do not impact the server. I have checked event viewer I found just one warning which says: Unable to read the disk performance information from the system. Disk performance counters must be enabled for at least one physical disk or logical volume in order for these counters to appear.
