Missing Server Side Dependencies in Health Analyzer belongs to App server not Front ends

I've problem trying to cleaning up my content databases of missing server side dependencies.

The thing is that I think it's showing up dependencies that belongs to APP server not Front-end server. This is because there is for example a missing feature which folder exists on the front-end but not in the app server.

SharePoint Foundation Web Role is not activated on the server app.

Why is SharePoint confusing this app server as front-end ?
