I have a problem with a user with the incoming email function. On December the user sent some emails to a Document Library and everything worked fine (a folder with the subject as name was created and the PDF attachment was saved in this folder). Now, after his holidays its not working any more. I checked the Dropfolder and also the Logfiles. The Dropfolder is empty (we made some tests yesterday and I saw the emails in the Dropfolder and they disappeared after a few minutes. In the Logfiles I found the following information:
"The Incoming E-Mail service has completed a batch. The elapsed time was 00:00:01.6848665.
The service processed 2 message(s) in total. The service successfully processed 2 message(s): Message ID: F451B87501C1274498F6C36F368E74ED8D82EA4B@mailserver.com Message ID: E00A2459732CC144BD16AD*emphasized text*00589092FFB8533830@mailserver.com"
So I think this worked. The interesting thing in this case is, when another user sends the same PDF document to this Library the attachment will be saved in the folder.
Has anybody an idea what the problem could be?
