URL in search is wrong

Likely simple, but I am too new to SharePoint to figure out the answer. In my search results, the URLS are incorrect. See below. The first link is what the results show, the second link is the real working link. Ideas? SP 2013 http://sharepoint/SitePages/Home.aspx/client/clientname/Shared%20Documents/test.txt
