webpart connections

I have 3 sharepoint list.2 list have a lookup to the same field of of the third list. On a sharepoint page,i have added the list view web part of the three list. I want to connect the lists so that when i select a item from the third list,its associated items from the both list will get displayed. For that i edited the 2 lists,went to connections,get filter values from and did the required changes.

But when i select an item from the third list,only one list is getting filtered. I am not able to understand why it is happening. Am i missing something?please help.
