I have a Document set with Shared columns. In SP 2010, when you upload a document to Document set the Shared columns are populated from the parent. In SP 2013 this behavior is not happening. Some of the fields populate, but not all. There is a Document set field sync timer job, that runs, but this does not populate the columns.
If I edit the properties of the Document set, the fields will push down to the files.
Has anyone else experienced this behavior? I'm suspecting it is a bug in sp2013?
