copy/paste and font dosen't work in sharepoint wiki

I use sharepoint 2013 entreprise , I have a manual in DOC format , I need to convert it to SharePoint wiki page. There is not a way to convert the document automatically, So I trie to do the copy/paste way but it doesnt work for me .It's desactivated. And I need to the font "Arial " but it dosen't exist also. Any ideas .
