We discovered that since we are running SharePoint Foundation 2010, the globally reusable templates are not available. Neither is the Collect Feedback "Action" available in Designer 2010. I am currently at a loss for creating a collect feedback workflow with Foundation 2010.
The question is: WHAT ARE THE STEPS FOR CREATING THE EQUIVALENT OF A COLLECT FEEDBACK WORKFLOW IN DESIGNER 2010 WHILE RUNNING FOUNDATION 2010? (please note that the caveat is that we run Foundation 2010, and not Server 2010)
I want the Workflow to email participants and instruct them to check out the document and turn on track changes and provide edits and comments. I do not know how to (1) set a condition or action that requires a participant to check out the document and (2) be able to edit the document directly and/or provide comments in the task and (3) allows only one participant at a time to go in and make edits
