The SOAP message cannot be parsed error after adding lookup columns in the form

We have added a look up column in to a list.The look up column is having around 1100 values.

Now, when we edit the form and on trying to publish it from Infopath designer, we are getting the error "The SOAP message cannot be parsed".

While i Google the issue, i was able to come to the point that this error is caused due to calculated columns(time out issue), but we are not using any calculated fields rather than look ups. Is this because of the same as calculated columns?
