Unable to Login to SharePoint 2013 Using Forms Based Authentication

I am trying to make a WebDav connection to my Site, which is hosted on my SharePoint 2013 server using Port 80, but when I try to connect using WebDav, I am getting an error message

The network name cannot be found.

The site uses Forms Based Authentication, but when I change it to Windows Authentication it does work.

However, I do not want the site to use Windows Authentication, only FBA. I did read that FBA does not work with WebDav, which I find hard to believe. So, can someone please explain how to fix this problem?

The setup is this:

1. Client Integration is set


2. WebClient is running on the site client machine


3. WebDav is setup on SP 2013


4. Annoymous is ticked on Site to work with 1 above
