An employee has been able to approve his managers tasks for a particular site. There's now a new site and he wants to be able to do the same thing. I can't find anything in the workflows or on the old site that would allow him to do this, other than him being in the permissions group that is listed as the Approval Process owner (shown below).
Does the owner/owners of an approval process have any special privileges when it comes to task approvals?
