Deploying a 2013 workflow from Visual Studio 2013 to one site collection - the workflow works perfectly. All emails from the workflow send correctly.
Deploying it to another site collection - emails do not send, EXCEPT workflow task creation emails, which send fine. The workflow goes into suspended state with this error:
Details: An unhandled exception occurred during the execution of the workflow instance. Exception details: System.ArgumentNullException: Value cannot be null. Parameter name: Input
Why would emails send correctly when the solution is deployed to one site collection but not to another?
