Install sharepoint designer 2013 Error there are no affected by this package

I install sharepoint designer 2013. after 2 month its to slowly loaded! Uninstall this program and I want install again, but this error show me.

I install "Service Pack 1 for Microsoft SharePoint Designer 2013 (KB2817441) 32-Bit Edition" from microsoft.

but after extract still show this message!
