I have a SharePoint list called dept managers with 3 columns which are departments, managers name , managers email.
the purpose of this list is for look-up purposes.
i have gone ahead and created an infopath form on it i have added a drop down list box field which has it's data source from the SharePoint list " department" i created
when a user select a department from the drop down list field, i want the respective manager emailed. each of the managers email and departments have been populated on the list
on my workflow, i intend to send an email via workflow lookup . but it won't work
how can i achieve this?
