Sharepoint survey list branding using Schema.xml

I am currently working on sharepoint provider hosted app. And in code, I have to generate sharepoint survey list using C# code. I want to add content editor webpart to add javascript for branding. Can't get any solutions.

I have also tried <JSLink> tag. But no use.

Please help me to sort out this. Or give new ideas on how to attach javascripts for List branding.

I have tried to add content editor webpart on that using C# code with Client Object Model. But It gives me this error:

You do not have the Add and Customize Pages permission, which is required to edit the contents of this web part.
