SPD remove ribbon buttons created in SPD AND in VS sharepoint feature!

2 buttons, one created in VS other in SPD.

When I add that SPD button both are visible, when I remove SPD button both disappear!

VS button works OK as long as I have at least one SPD made button on ribbon.

What is going on?

PS I have no control over whether client adds or remove SPD buttons to ribbon...
