The file name, directory name or volume label syntax is incorrect

I have the following :-

1. SharePoint document library.


2. 
   

   Inside the document library i have; Visio diagrams + excel sheet.

   
   


3. 
   

   now i am using an Add-in inside the Visio drawings to reference the Excel sheet repository file.

   but if i try to reference the excel sheet (which is upload inside the SharePoint document library) from the Visio drawings i will get the following error:-

as follow :-

can anyone advice on this please, baring in mind that i can reference the excel sheet if it is inside my local machine?
