Update list item from List B to List A with lookup field using workflow?

I have Two lists called List A and List B. List B has Title of the List A as look up. And also List A has Title of the List B as a look up.

When new items creates in list B. Users will select List A title in List B and creates item.

Now my question, When they create new item or update item in List B. I want update lookup field in List A of List B title.

Can we do this using designer workflow? How to do that?
