Visual Studio Sharepoint App add New Item give me "Access Denied"

I think, that VS try to fetch data about site from Sharepoint but use my Windows credentials, which do not have proper permissions in Sharepoint for that site.

How do I specify different credentials for Sharepoint new item / deployment? (Or do I need to add all my dev Win accounts as proper Sharepoint acconts with permissions for sites that will be used to test apps?)
