VS Ribbon Button now showing, but its code created in SPD!

I have copied SPD created ribbon code into new Element.xml (VS -> Sharepoint 2013 Project -> Add New item -> Empty Element).

I have deleted in SPD that custom action button.

Created new feature for that one component.

I'm deploying that solution without errors. I DO see feature as Activated in site collection settings.

But the button is not there! - How can I debug ribbon?

PS I need to add EnabledScript section to that button, so just using SPD is out of the question.
