Aggregate Similar Lists from Different Sites in One List

is it possible to aggregate similar lists from different sites in one list so that I can be able to export them as Data Feed and use it in PowerPivot? enter image description here


for example I want to aggregate Report lists that are in 3 Classes in Education site.
