Custom Layout Makes problem to webpart(jquery)

I made a webpart that which is for FAQ,when user click it expand the answer,this is working with Default Layouts that come with SP.but i want to use my own Layout for this,when i put web part into my own Layout , webpart not working,it expanding the answer and collapse again automatically.

I also have same problem for the slider.

is there anyone experienced this issue,i'm really new to share-point and confused.
