Whenever I create a page on the document library "Pages", the page is created successfully, but the user is not sent to that page and no error messages are shown.
I have checked Console on developer tools and SP Logs and there are no visible errors.
This issue happens when using the CreateForm.aspx form shown below
Any thoughts?
