How to show starting time and ending time of task in a bar chart?

I need to create Bar chart in SharePoint Business Intelligence using Performance Point Service. I have task list in which all task will be completed in 1 day and I need to show task name and it's starting and ending time as bar chart against 24hrs which is available on Y axis. X-axis contains Task Name and Y-axis contains time 0:00 to 23:59. I need to show bar from starting time to ending time. Something like picture displayed in below image.
