Sending an item in list by email without a link

Basically, I'm trying to send an email out to a predefined group of users when a item is updated in a list. So, I created a custom form in infopath set it up and whenever someone updates the list in Sharepoint an email would auto generate and send the info from the form in the body of the email. I cant use links because some of the individuals do not have access to view the sharepoint site, so If the email could contain all the information in order like it is in the form then that would be great. Just now sure how to do that.
